The Polish Government has announced new rules about crossing the Polish borders and Quarantine. If you plan to travel abroad or if you know people who are planning to cross the Polish borders then you should read the Polish Government website, which you can find here: New Rules for Crossing the Polish Border.

•  Wednesday 13 May 2020

From Monday 18 May, we can go to the hairdresser or barber as well as to the beauty parlour. We can also visit bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Nursery schools will open from 18 May with some restrictions. Other schools will open from 25 May for consultations. High School examinations (the Matura) and Class 8 end of school examinations will take place in June in controlled conditions. From 17 May, children under the age of 13 will be able to leave their homes without an adult.

•  Monday 29 April 2020

From Monday 4 May, hotels and shopping centres can open with restrictions. Building stores can open at the weekend.

•  Monday 24 April 2020

Schools will be closed until Sunday 24 May 2020. The Matura examinations will be held (provisional dates) between the 8th and 29th of June.

•  Monday 20 April 2020

Children over the age of 13 are allowed to leave their homes alone. More people can be in a shop at the same time. People are allowed to use parks and forests for recreational purposes.

•  Thursday 16 April 2020

Regulations mandating that everybody walking on Public roads must cover their mouth and nose comes into force.

•  Thursday 9 April 2020

The Polish Government announces that from the 16th April everybody walking on Public roads must cover their mouth and nose. The dates for the final school examinations, the Matura, will also be changed. Other safety measures will remain in place for longer.

•  Tuesday 31 March 2020

The Polish Government takes further steps to reduce the effect of coronavirus by limiting the number of people in shops, restricting the movements of young people and closing parks, beaches and boulevards.

•  Tuesday 24 March 2020

The Prime Minister of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, announced during a press conference that all movement in Poland must be limited to the absolute minimum. Following a meeting of the crisis management team, the Prime Minister announced further restrictions for the population of Poland. He explained that new rules need to be introduced in Poland to control the spread of coronavirus to avoid the situation that France and Spain are now facing.

The Polish Government announced on Friday 20 March 2020 that all the schools will be closed until Friday 10 April 2020.

•  Wednesday 11 March 2020

The Polish Government announced today that all schools will be closed until Sunday 29 March 2020.

Regulation 401, 11 March 2020

The school is now closed for face-to-face lessons and will stay closed for face-to-face lessons until further notice.

We are now teaching our students online. To find out more about online lessons please read about our online lessons here or call me on #501 100 401 or simply log into the reservation system and book a lesson online. If you do cannot see the online booking timetable, then just send me an SMS to #501 100 401 or email me at james@anglik.pl and I will activate online booking for you.
